Shariful Islam

Founder

Shariful Islam is the Founder and Chairman of Brikkho Bondhon Songstha, a Bangladesh Government-registered organization dedicated to environmental protection, sustainability, youth engagement, and social welfare. Alongside his social-sector leadership, Shariful is an international business and operations professional with a multidisciplinary background. He is a former Captain of the Bangladesh Army, where he served in key leadership and logistics roles. Currently working as an International Trade Officer at J-AGRI Co., Ltd. in Japan, he brings extensive experience in cross-cultural coordination, supply chain operations, and international trade. Academically, Shariful holds an MBA from Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University (APU), Japan, with a double major in Marketing Management and Japanese Management, as well as a BBA and MBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Dhaka. He is also an internationally recognized negotiator, having received the Best Negotiator Award at a UN-model simulation conference in Istanbul.

Civil Engineering undergraduate at RUET, passionate about youth impact, a human-friendly environment, world travel, and spreading happiness through deeds.

Mainul Hasan

Co-Founder

Mainul Hasan is a Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Shahjalal University of Science and Technology (SUST) and a former Software Engineer at GatherGov. He is an ambitious dreamer, a driven leader, and a lifelong learner passionate about making a difference.
